As the name displays, we are legal services focussed but our own experience and the almost immeasurable combined expertise of our members and partners teach us that the law is central to almost every situation we encounter and the importance of building trusted relationships through referral by those professionals we already have a positive relationship with, is paramount to a peaceful and successful life. From building a family to establishing a business or building a career, you will very probably need legal advice at the start of the process and knowing your lawyer has a solid relationship with all the other services you will need along the way can take so much pressure, fear and stress away from the undertaking, all the way to the undertaker serving you personally.
From the cradle to the grave, our AI platform and the local relationship development teams are created and continuously working together to form, monitor, maintain, and deliver the solutions our users need to clear a pathway to live a successful and joyful life, safe in the knowledge that you have a global team able to stand by your side as you plan and implement your future successes.

Creating a global network of professional practitioners across multiple jurisdictions and areas of expertise is an immense task that we could have undertaken centrally, similar to how Google or Yelp may do, saving millions in costs and reducing the time taken by months or years, however, each partner, member and professional relationship is critical to the successful provision of the best solutions to our client users and professional users of the platform.
We chose, instead, to invite potential members and Partners to join us on this path by direct referral from the lawyers and professionals who successfully joined the network, building a solid network of trust and professionalism that we can all be proud to participate in and work within.

Building an advanced Artificially Intelligent Platform capable of learning every piece of local, regional, national, and international legislation, together with local customs and court procedures, is another mammoth undertaking that we could have chosen to build with the large, multinational law firms and medical service providers to save time, money and infrastructure, however, our mission is to create a network of locally available, professional and personal service providers so that client users can receive the best solutions to every situation, delivered by the same people every time who can focus on understanding the real personal or business circumstances each client faces to better tailor personalised solutions at every stage in life.

We could also have built an amazing global Relationship Development Team with a traditional management structure and enjoyed absolute control of the people representing both the network and the platform to local professionals, but again we analysed the type of individuals we wanted at the front end, monitoring the relationships and building strong lines of communication between all our appointed partnerships to secure amazing results for both our clients and our partners.
After careful consideration, we chose the franchise model because we want long-term relationships to be developed between the network and our partners. Members and not employ sales-orientated teams who may be persuaded to invite less professional enterprises to join us in the pursuit of bonuses.
We chose the franchise model due to the much higher level of commitment and professionalism we ourselves have encountered from independent business owners sharing a vision and mission to achieve a mutual goal.
We also understand that the people we want to join us on this mission and both build and maintain our local partnerships and member relationships are rarely sales-oriented, so we have created a central development hub to identify and contact in order to assist our local franchise teams so the role we are creating for these important individuals is to represent our network and monitor the 3 P’s so we maintain a network of amazing professional relationships committed to providing the best solutions to users of the services provided so they can enjoy confidence in the outcomes.

Each franchised territory is paid by the network to build and maintain the local partner relationships, referral networks, and press / social media releases so that we can not only provide the best outcomes for client users but also keep local communities informed so that they avoid the less professional results and potentially higher costs of choosing competing businesses. In this way, together with efficiencies provided to partners by the AI Platform, we aim to increase profits for our members and partners.

This method of rewarding our local teams incentivises positive outcomes for users and partners rather than initial revenue generation which we believe will protect the quality of professionals invited to join the network, therefore securing the best results for users and protecting the reputations of our members and partners.

There are several individual roles that we expect of our local teams, which together ensure the consistency of the professional services promoted by the network and the outcomes enjoyed by users of the network.

Visiting our potential and established partners to establish relationships and maintain communication regarding client solutions being provided, ensuring that clients are receiving the quality services we promise, and helping our local partners to communicate and serve client needs where required.

Monitor client reviews, responses, and outcomes to assist our partners in maintaining standards and revising procedures where agreed such actions are in the best interest of client service. Visiting members and partners to mediate solutions where clients encounter undesirable outcomes.

Monitoring quality of advertising and service provided by advertisers on the platform within the territory where such has been contracted on the site or app. Advertisers must maintain the same levels of quality of service and customer care as we demand from our partners to protect the reputation and integrity of the network and its partners, our local RDTs are empowered to refuse potential advertisers who fail to meet these standards and withdraw advertising that, once contracted, fails to maintain the desired standards.

The roles of the local teams are highly focused on relationship development and maintenance, but there are myriad opportunities to develop revenue and incomes for the local businesses, from advertising sales to the development of client introduction sources outside of partner relationships, such as local clubs and associations client referral programs that raise funds for the introducing party and revenues for our local teams. Our network does not charge referral fees to our members for clients passed between partners, but special agreements are available for introducing parties generating revenues for our partners that provide mutual financial rewards for our members, partners, and introducing parties.
